USUAL DOSAGE:
-Take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
-Take 3 to 4 capsules three times daily, on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water for maximum effectiveness.
-Dosage may be increased up to 8 capsules three times daily for 3 or 4 days to relieve pain.
-This formula should not be taken during the acute phase of injuries where there is bleeding, inflammation or bruising.

CAUTIONS:
-This formula should not be taken during the acute phase of injuries where there is bleeding, inflammation or bruising.
-This formula should not be used alone in patients with inflammatory knee disorders such as bursitis or rheumatoid arthritis.
-Patients who are on anticoagulants or antiplatelet therapies, such as Coumidin should not use without adequate lab monitoring.
