USUAL DOSAGE:
-Take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
-Take 3 to 4 capsules three times daily, on an empty stomach with a glass of warm water for maximum effectiveness.
-Take 2-3 hours apart from your prescription medication or other supplements.
-Do not take with tea, coffee, juice, soda or any other beverages.

CAUTIONS:
-Do not use if pregnant or if you experience heavy bleeding during menstruation.
-Avoid spicy and/or oily foods for best results.
-Women they should stop taking the formula while menstruating and then resume when menstruation has ceased.
